Information you provide

When you submit a business inquiry, partner inquiry, or statement-review request, we collect the contact and business details you enter, your message, and any statements you upload. Please redact full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, tax IDs, and other information that is not needed for the review.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, assess the payment solutions or partner opportunities you ask about, and contact you about your inquiry. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Service providers and website security

We use Cloudflare to host the website, store submitted requests and documents privately, and provide Turnstile spam protection. We use Resend to deliver notification emails. These services process information needed to provide their functions. Notifications contain a request reference rather than statement attachments; your email address may be included so our team can reply. Hosting and security services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser or device information, to deliver and protect the website.

Storage and retention

Submitted requests and uploaded statements in our online intake storage are scheduled for automatic deletion after 30 days. This automatic cleanup does not cover copies downloaded by our team, email correspondence, or records created during a later application or business relationship. Contact us with questions about those records or to request deletion.

Protecting your information

We use encrypted connections and private storage with access controls for submitted documents. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Statement calculator and external applications

The on-page statement calculator analyzes selected documents in your browser. Selecting a file for analysis alone does not submit it to Express Payments; sending the review form uploads the selected documents. Application buttons that take you to Netevia or another provider lead to a separate service governed by that provider’s privacy notice and terms.

Questions and privacy requests

Email iflores@expresspaytoday.com with questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. Please do not include sensitive documents in your initial email. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Available privacy rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
